Webinar: "Time is Money" Construction Project Management using Scheduling Software

Description:	The public expects agencies to manage their resources well, resulting in projects delivered on time and within budget that limit hassles to road users. Using scheduling software to manage aspects of a construction program can enable project time and timing to be optimized and can generate information for communication with staff/stakeholders/customers, performance measures, and documentation. New York State DOT has four years' experience implementing their approach to statewide construction program management using Primavera P6 software. This webinar will provide insights and a case study from field users of the NYSDOT system, and discuss the national state of the practice.
