The webinar will present information on Performance Journalism and how it can be used to garner support for Operations programs from the public and decision makers. Operations performance measures enable agencies to better apply operational strategies to their systems, report performance to the public and assist in justifying funding for operations activities. Whether reporting on congestion trends or incident clearance times, providing performance information to the public and/or decision makers is a key component to having a successful operations program.
