Description	An interim notice was published on May 18, 2009 by the Department of Transportation. This interim notice announced the availability of funding for Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery (TIGER) Discretionary Grants project selection criteria, application requirements, and the deadline for submitting applications. The interim notice also requested that comments be made on the proposed criteria. Those comments were considered by the Department of Transportation. Revisions were made and the details of these revisions are published in this notice.
