Feedback

Evaluating the effectiveness of the Freight Peer-to-Peer (P2P) program depends on feedback received from participants. Following a peer exchange, both the peers/experts involved and the requesting agency will be asked to complete evaluation forms. The information collected from these forms helps FHWA determine what has worked and what isn't working for the program. In addition, the information collected may be used to develop success stories or lessons learned from the exchanges that can be posted to this Web site and used to benefit other freight professionals.

Information collected from the feedback is confidential to FHWA and the Freight P2P Program Manager. Disclosure, such as in the form of success stories or lessons learned, will only be made with the permission of the involved agency and Peer/Expert.
