American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009

State and local agencies can use funds received under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) for Operations projects, as long as they meet the obligation and funding requirements of the statute. Furthermore, planning to invest in Operations may help to relieve congestion resulting from work on other ARRA transportation projects.
